House report alleges Trump-Epstein dispute over girl

The gist

House Judiciary Democrats released a 53-page report alleging Trump was involved in Epstein's abuse of young women in the 1990s.
It lands days before the midterms and calls for a special counsel.

How it unfolded

  1. 1993A former Miss Switzerland, Beatrice Keul, alleged to the House Judiciary Committee that Trump raped her in a Plaza Hotel suite in Manhattan during a beauty pageant, leaving her bleeding and bruised; she was 24.
  2. 1994"Katie Johnson," a pseudonym, alleged to the FBI that Trump and Epstein repeatedly raped her at Epstein's New York residence when she was 13, and said the men argued over who would take her virginity.
  3. Jul 2025Attorney General Todd Blanche, then deputy attorney general, conducted a prison interview with Ghislaine Maxwell and, per the report, stopped her from discussing a woman identified as "Jane" at least three times, at one point saying, "Let's not talk about individuals."
