De Miguel, who had come on in the 59th minute, collapsed and was taken to intensive care at Nuestra Señora de Candelaria University Hospital; the game was suspended.
- Nov 2, 2026Owono was shown a straight red card and the match was abandoned seven minutes into stoppage time. Tenerife described De Miguel as "stable, despite the severity of his condition" in the ICU.
