Heat guard Pelle Larsson agrees to four-year, $60 million extension
The gist
Miami Heat guard Pelle Larsson has agreed to a four-year, $60 million contract extension.
The deal locks in a young guard as Miami works through a winless start.
How it unfolded
- Oct 25, 2026Larsson is listed as probable with a sprained finger on his left hand after playing through it Saturday night in Charlotte; all Heat players are listed as available for Monday night against the visiting Mavericks.
- Oct 26, 2026With Miami at 0-3 entering Monday's game against Dallas, Larsson says the team's defensive problems stem from players being too reluctant to take responsibility.
- Oct 28, 2026Larsson posts a 17-point, 6-rebound, 8-assist line in a win over the Hawks, taking on more playmaking duties because of the Heat's lack of depth at point guard.
